We become trapped in the endless loops of our thoughts, chasing productivity, proving our worth, and pushing past exhaustion, all while ignoring every warning sign our body is throwing at us.
And the worst part? We think we’re choosing this.
The Mind Trap: How We Become Slaves to Our Own Thoughts

Spoiler alert: That busy period never ends. Because the mind never stops demanding more. It convinces you that pushing through is the only way forward, that slowing down is a weakness, that rest is something you earn, not something you need.
That’s the trap. And the price you pay? Burnout. A life where you’re exhausted, wired, and constantly running on fumes, while your mind cracks the whip and tells you to keep going.
