Meet Nat
I've been the best-kept secret in wellbeing for over 15 years. And I'm so glad you found me.
My clients stay with me for decades, because what happens here works so profoundly that they weave it into the very fabric of their lives.
I work with women who are exhausted, stressed and sleepless. Quite simply, I help them find themselves, find their laughter and joy again.
How I Got Here
I was 28, climbing the corporate ladder as an HR Director. Ticking all the boxes. Looking good on paper.
And completely falling apart behind the scenes.
The version of me that looked successful was slowly suffocating the version of me that actually wanted to be alive. My body was screaming for me to stop, but I kept pushing. Until I couldn't anymore.
Eighteen months in bed with complete exhaustion. Just me and my relentlessly busy mind.
It was awful. And it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
Because that's where I learned the truth: rest isn't laziness. It's biology.
I learned that you can't think your way out of nervous system dysregulation. You can't positive-mindset your way into deep sleep. And you definitely can't push through exhaustion without eventually breaking.
So I walked away from the corporate world and spent the next 15 years studying everything I knew held the answers for me.

What I Studied (And Why It Matters)
Philosophy. Psychology. Ancient practices.
I dived deep into breathwork, somatic practices, and movement modalities that shift things and almost every form of meditation and deep rest I could find.
But here's what really matters: I learned how to meet women exactly where they are.
Not where they think they should be. Not where some wellness guru tells them they need to be. But right here, right now, in the middle of the mess, the exhaustion and the terror that this might just be their forever.
My Approach
I'm interested in outcomes, not methods.
I care that you sleep. That your mind quiets. That you feel anchored in your own life again.
I don't do wellness hacks or buzzwords. I do real conversations, practical tools you can actually use at 3am, and the kind of grounded, intelligent support that makes you think, "Oh thank god, someone who actually gets it."
My approach is simple and human: we work body-first, not mind-first. Because your mind doesn't need another pep talk. It needs safety, regulation, and practices that actually work.
What I Believe
Rest is not something you earn. It's your birthright.
Community heals. Your nervous system is social - it regulates in good company, it softens when you feel seen, and it remembers safety when you're surrounded by women who understand.
Laughter is medicine. Joy doesn't have to be earned through achievement. And you're not broken - you're human, and you’ve been carrying too much, for too long, without anywhere safe to put it down.
You don't have to do this alone anymore.
When I'm Not Working
You'll find me with a cup of tea on a personal mission to discover the ultimate dunking biscuit.
If there's music on, I've probably got my shimmy on, or I'm singing away.
I love a good natter. Laughter is my daily workout.
Find me in nature, or reading a book - yes, a REAL book!
