Lunchtime: Move & Rest
Monday 1230pm-115pm
This exquisite session welcomes everyone who trudges through their lunchtime, feeling overwhelmed and drained.
We begin by taking a blissful moment to rest on the mat, pausing and cultivating a sense of mindful presence. Gradually, we will engage in gentle movements designed to release tension in the joints and muscles, allowing the body to soften and open as the mind calms. We will also delve into the subtle art of breathwork, further expanding the boundaries of spacious release.

Lunchtime: Breath & Meditation
Thursday 1230pm-115pm
If you're constantly battling a busy mind, an overwhelming schedule, a tense body, chronic discomfort or illness, this is the session for you.
The journey begins by taking a moment to rest in your chair, intentionally pausing to acknowledge how you're feeling. This simple act of presence sets the foundation for our practice. We will use breathing techniques that guide us into the realm of calm and serenity. Delving deeper using meditation techniques, ensuring you are left feeling refreshed and balanced and calm in both your body and mind as you return to your afternoon.

Your Healing Breath
Tuesday 7pm-8pm
Guided breathwork to uncover a physical and emotional divine ease.
Explore the power of the breath to transform our experience and enable us to let go into our deepest, most-free state of being
We’ll also discover how to take what we have experienced in the session out into our daily lives. Enabling the breath to become more and more a resource you can draw on, stay connected to, and experience as your always-to-hand guide and saviour through the ups and downs of life.
Bed Yoga
Tuesday 830pm-945pm
Gentle yoga and guided rest in the sanctuary of your own bed.
Your pre-sleep opportunity to unwind from the stresses of the day, settling into a nourishing guided rest, prepping you for a deep and restorative nights sleep ahead.

You’ll ease into some gentle movement. Also using restorative postures, before slipping into the body’s pre-sleep state, a natural place of release, and deep rest, provided by Yoga Nidra. You will remain here, likely falling into a soothing long sleep through the night ahead.
Moving into Relaxation
Wednesday 7pm-815pm
Mindful movement and calming breathwork punctuated by guided deep rest
We will start by purposefully ‘stopping’ and noting how we are feeling, bringing a sense of presence to our practice. We’ll then progress through gentle movement, designed to ease tight joints and muscles and allowing the body to open from its centre.

Working with the breath to further bring a sense of spacious release, enabling us to fall into a ‘moving meditation’.
​
We then go deeper using guided relaxation to land blissfully in a realm of calm and relaxed easy-being.
Bed Relaxation and Yoga Nidra
Wednesday 830pm-930pm
A skillfully layered journey into the depths of relaxation, mostly practised laying down and ultimately leaving you well on the way to a long and most-restful night’s slumber.
