So let’s imagine something for a moment.
You walk into a room…
And you’re not the one reading everything.
You’re not tracking the mood.
You’re not adjusting yourself to keep things smooth.
You’re not quietly holding it all together.
You just… arrive.
(No scanning. No subtle “how is everyone?” check. Just you, walking in.)
Can you feel how unfamiliar that is?
Maybe even a bit uncomfortable.
Because if you’ve been the strong one for a long time, your system doesn’t instantly relax just because you tell it to.
(It’s not sat there waiting for permission. It’s already three steps ahead.)
It keeps scanning.

Because you no longer need to stay on duty.
That’s the piece that’s hard to create on your own.
(You can’t think yourself into it… you have to feel it.)
