Drift Off Session
Every month, we gather together for a live sleep-focused session.
Before each session, members can share what has been happening with their sleep, stress levels, busy minds, or emotional exhaustion. So the session can gently support what is most needed in that moment.
Many members replay the same Drift Off Session for weeks afterwards. That is encouraged.
Because the body learns through repetition.

That is exactly why this space exists. There is no pressure to “keep up.” You can move at your own pace and use the support in whatever way feels manageable for you.
